FAQ - Water Bottles
Can these go in the dishwasher/microwave?
They may be able to stand 1 or 2 washes but we highly recommend hand-washing them, this will ensure the colours will stay vibrant for even longer!
Sadly due to the metal, these are not safe for the microwave, however you can put pre-heated liquids in the bottle, no problem.
How long will it take for my bottle to arrive?
If you order before 4pm and you choose the Pick Up option, you can collect your mug from our shop in as little as an hour!
If you need to have your mug delivered it does sadly take a little longer.
Orders placed before 3PM Tuesday-Saturday will be made and posted the same working day. Orders placed after 3PM Tuesday-Friday will be made and posted the next working day. Orders placed after 3PM on Saturday and Sunday, will be made and posted out the following Tuesday.
It then depends on which delivery option you choose - you can choose delivery in 2-3 days, 1-2 days, or if you place your order before 2pm you can choose delivery before 1pm on the next day.
Can I put a design/logo on the bottle instead of a photo?
If you have full copyright to the design or print permissions then this is absolutely fine.
If you're using a design from canva/etsy then usually you will be allowed, however you will not be able to print them for the purpose of reselling but for personal use only. It would be best to check with the place you purchased the design from first.
How big are the bottles?
These mugs come in at 27cm tall, 7cm wide and hold 500ml of liquid
What type of lid do they have?
These bottles have twist off, leak proof caps. This paired with the 304-grade stainless steel, guarantees that it is durable enough for everyday use.

Shipping
1) Production starts after 10AM from Tuesday to Saturday.
Times are indicative and not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet these estimates, however current production levels, seasonal variances and courier services could result in additional delivery time.
(2) Orders placed before 3PM Tuesday-Saturday will be made and posted the same working day. Orders placed after 3PM Tuesday-Friday will be made and posted the next working day. Orders placed after 3PM on Saturday and Sunday, will be made and posted out the following Tuesday.
(3) Orders for collection will be ready within 2 hours (subject to store opening hours)
