I'm really sorry to hear that your frame arrived broken, I can assure it wouldn't have left for delivery this way.

There is a Damage Process in place you're welcome to follow - you just need to send a photo of the damage to bohophotouk@gmail.com and we can either refund you for the frame or send out a new one.
