Shipping
1) Production starts after 10AM from Tuesday to Saturday.
Times are indicative and not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet these estimates, however current production levels, seasonal variances and courier services could result in additional delivery time.
(2) Orders placed before 3PM Tuesday-Saturday will be made and posted the same working day. Orders placed after 3PM Tuesday-Friday will be made and posted the next working day. Orders placed after 3PM on Saturday and Sunday, will be made and posted out the following Tuesday.
(3) Orders for collection will be ready within 2 hours (subject to store opening hours)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact bohophotouk@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible for you.Personalised items
I cannot accept returns for personalised items. All designs are confirmed by the payee before purchase, Boho Photo will not take any responsibility for any change of mind or problems relating to your personalised design.
