I have just unboxed them and am so impressed with the quality of printing on the cups. I chose quite difficult pictures (northern lights from our Iceland trip) and they have done such a brilliant job! I am so happy with them and look forward to take them on our next road trip for hot chocolates on the road.
FAQ - Camping Cups
Can these go in the dishwasher/microwave?
It is best to hand wash the camping cups and to not put them in the microwave
How long will it take for my cup to arrive?
If you order before 4pm and you choose the Pick Up option, you can collect your mug from our shop in as little as an hour!
If you need to have your mug delivered it does sadly take a little longer.
Orders placed before 3PM Tuesday-Saturday will be made and posted the same working day. Orders placed after 3PM Tuesday-Friday will be made and posted the next working day. Orders placed after 3PM on Saturday and Sunday, will be made and posted out the following Tuesday.
It then depends on which delivery option you choose - you can choose delivery in 2-3 days, 1-2 days, or if you place your order before 2pm you can choose delivery before 1pm on the next day.
Can I put a design/logo on the cup instead of a photo?
If you have full copyright to the design or print permissions then this is absolutely fine.
If you're using a design from canva/etsy then usually you will be allowed, however you will not be able to print them for the purpose of reselling but for personal use only. It would be best to check with the place you purchased the design from first.
