      Ok..but not quite what I wanted

      Disappointing that the photo was cropped so I did not get the whole pic

      It was not explained to me beforehand that photos might need to be cropped. I was required to pay upfront and ther was no offer to remedy my disappointment.

      Thank you for your feedback regarding the cropping on your photo mugs. Im sorry to hear you weren't completely happy.

      It was explained when you brought the mugs back in that the roof was already cropped in the photo you provided.

      We did offer to remake them for you there and then, explaining about the cropping but you chose to keep the mugs as they are.

      The mugs were printed to our usual high quality standards, but Im sorry the cropping wasn't quite what you'd hoped for.

      If you'd like to reconsider the offer to remake them with a different crop, this offer is still open.

      Quick and brilliant quality!

      FAQ - Mugs

      Can these go in the dishwasher/microwave?

      Yes, all of our mugs are completely dishwasher safe. They can however fade over time so the less you put it in the washer the longer the image will hold its vibrancy

      All the mugs are also microwave friendly excluding the gold handled ones.

      How long will it take for my mug to arrive?

      If you order before 4pm and you choose the Pick Up option, you can collect your mug from our shop in as little as an hour!

      If you need to have your mug delivered it does sadly take a little longer.

      Orders placed before 3PM Tuesday-Saturday will be made and posted the same working day. Orders placed after 3PM Tuesday-Friday will be made and posted the next working day. Orders placed after 3PM on Saturday and Sunday, will be made and posted out the following Tuesday.

      It then depends on which delivery option you choose - you can choose delivery in 2-3 days, 1-2 days, or if you place your order before 2pm you can choose delivery before 1pm on the next day.

      Can I put a design/logo on the mug instead of a photo?

      If you have full copyright to the design or print permissions then this is absolutely fine.

      If you're using a design from canva/etsy then usually you will be allowed, however you will not be able to print them for the purpose of reselling but for personal use only. It would be best to check with the place you purchased the design from first.

      How much liquid can they hold?

      These mugs can hold 110z
