I ordered an item with a photograph and text to be inserted.
The item arrived with only the photo inserted but no text.
It was my fault , I hadn’t pressed the button to confirm the text.
At the companies suggestion I returned the item for the text to be inserted, they did this and returned it, at no extra cost, to me.
The product was a quality item , and was well received by its beneficiary.

Wanted to update the photos in our house so thought I’d buy a canvas of a great photo I’d taken in Amsterdam. Couldn’t fault the service , they sent me an email of what it would look like.. Received it a few days later. Excellent service.
