Here is how it works ↴

- Choose the product you'd like to receive, you can choose between a range of prints, canvases or just a digital file. 

- Upload up to 4 images of the pet you want us to portrait. If we feel like the images you've sent won't work for any reason we will contact you and ask for different ones. We wan't to make sure we can provide the best quality portrait for you. 

- After receiving you order we will send you a watermarked preview within 2 business days to make sure you're happy. If there are any changes you wish to make, let us know and we will send you another email with the changes to ensure you're 100% happy with your order.  

- Once you've approved the portrait, depending on your product choice we will either send you a high resolution, watermark free digital file via email, or get the printing process started and delivery arranged all within 3-5 business days. **If we do not hear back from you we will NOT print or process your order. Please make sure to reply to us as soon as you can**

Why choose us for your prints?

At Boho Photo I'm doing my best to be as sustainable and eco-consious as possible. I feel like I'm really managing to create a business to be proud of by reducing unnecessary waste, removing plastic wherever possible, and being very particular with what equipment I use.

For photo printing (sizes up to 12x8inch) I have chosen to use DNP printers. They print great quality photos and with optimised energy consumption and media waste, they are some of the most environmentally friendly printers on the market. To view DNP's Environmental Statement you can click here

For Poster Sizes (12x10in +) Canon Oce is used. Canon strive to be different and contribute to the sustainable way of doing things. The brand has been working extremely hard to design spectacular quality products that do not leave a large footprint in nature. Not only do they achieve this by making use of newly mined raw materials, but also through recycling and reusing wherever possible.

  • Shipping

    1) Production starts after 10AM from Tuesday to Saturday.

    Times are indicative and not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet these estimates, however current production levels, seasonal variances and courier services could result in additional delivery time.

    (2) Orders placed before 3PM Tuesday-Saturday will be made and posted the same working day. Orders placed after 3PM Tuesday-Friday will be made and posted the next working day. Orders placed after 3PM on Saturday and Sunday, will be made and posted out the following Tuesday.

    (3) Orders for collection will be ready within 2 hours (subject to store opening hours)

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact bohophotouk@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible for you.

    I cannot accept returns for personalised items. All designs are confirmed by the payee before purchase, Boho Photo will not take any responsibility for any change of mind or problems relating to your personalised design.
