Personalised Vintage Pet Portraits - The General - Digital File Only

- Upload up to 4 images of the pet you want us to transform. If we feel like the images you've sent won't work for any reason we will contact you and ask for different ones. We wan't to make sure we can provide the best quality portrait for you. 

- Optional - choose what size print or canvas you'd like your portrait printed on

- After receiving you order we will send you a watermarked preview within 2 business days to make sure you're happy. If there are any changes you wish to make, let us know and we will send you another email with the changes to ensure you're 100% happy with your order.  

- Once you've approved the portrait, depending on your product choice we will either send you a high resolution, watermark free digital file via email, or get the printing process started and delivery arranged all within 3-5 business days. **If we do not hear back from you we will NOT print or process your order. Please make sure to reply to us as soon as you can**
